My goal is grow, preserve, and cook more of my own food “from scratch”.
My homestead looks like .. well.. messy? Natural?
My homestead feels homey, to me, anyway. Laid back, slow paced, casual.
My homestead has a garden outside and usable antique/vintage items inside.
My role is to be the gatekeeper of the homestead.
My next step is to have a larger garden next year, growing and preserving more food AND to learn new ways to cook the produce that I harvest (bean plants are bigger producer in the garden.. I need to be more creative with my recipes!)
