There are so many uses for bone broth, including adding them to mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- Potatoes (cooked)
- Butter
- Bone broth
How to:
- Cook your potatoes
- Mash them
- Add bone broth to thin out the potatoes, to your desired consistency
- Add in a dollop of butter, for the creaminess level that you desire
- Add salt and pepper to your taste
The Results
Rick asked “what kind of potatoes are there? They are good!”
Me: just mashed potatoes except I added bone broth. It is like there is gravy on them.
And, then, they were all gone.
