The sore throat tea is a recipe that a friend sent to me, this is my first time making it. 
2 Sliced lemons, 2 finger sized pieces of peeled sliced ginger, a sprinkle of cinnamon, raw honey to cover and fill all the empty space between ingredients. 
Keep refrigerated for 2-3 months. It will form a jelly that you can spoon into hot water or to add to a cup of tea.
